Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer to support recruitment and business development initiatives targeting Chinese Mainland Individuals (CMI). The incumbent will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment and business events while working closely with internal stakeholders and frontline teams to drive engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related disciplines.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in event management, marketing, business support, insurance, financial services, or related fields.
• Experience in organizing recruitment events, business seminars, conferences, or networking activities will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Fluent Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese Mainland stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader in planning and executing CMI recruitment initiatives and business development activities.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment seminars, networking events, business conferences, and engagement programs from planning through execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, frontline leaders, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of events and campaigns.
• Prepare and develop event promotional materials, marketing posters, communication content, presentation decks, and event collateral.
• Monitor event timelines, logistics arrangements, registration processes, budgeting, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Assist in team operations, project coordination, reporting, and administrative support functions.
• Track event participation and campaign effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments related to CMI recruitment and business development initiatives.
