We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant! If you are proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!
What's Available:
Hours: 24 hours/week, part-time
Starting wage of $19.05/hour + more with experience
Shift: three 8-hour shifts a week between Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts, no weekends or major holidays!
Typical hours are 8am-4:30 pm
Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI
Department: Lab Admin and Support
What You'll Do:
Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
Various other admin and clerical tasks

What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
