At Softeta, we are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join an agile development team working on business-critical financial systems.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
- Contribute to the development and modernisation of business-critical financial systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
- Participate in technical and architectural discussions and help shape engineering solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, application performance, and production reliability.
Technologies: C#, .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, OpenShift, GitHub Actions.
Requirements
5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on C# and .NET.
Solid experience designing and developing backend services, REST APIs, and business-critical applications.
Good understanding of software architecture, clean code, object-oriented design, and microservices.
Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary:
- For employees: 5 000 EUR to 6 500 EUR monthly (gross).
- For contractors: 38 EUR to 45 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
