The role
Responsible for merchandising functions across Men’s and Women’s Apparel and Accessories, UK and EU regions, Retail and Ecommerce channels.
Key responsibilities and duties
Partner closely with the Head of Merchandising & Planning to execute seasonal strategies, providing data and insights to influence decision-making.
Ensure all plans (MFP, Local Plans, Class Plans, Style/Option Plans) ladder up to the strategic framework set by the Head of Merchandising.
Partner with Head of Merchandising & Planning to build seasonal OTBs and manage end to end inventory, from Full Price to terminal inventory clearance.
Ownership of the weekly trade deck, preparing analysis to present in the DTC Trade meeting and make suggestions of actions to further drive revenue, profitability and sell through.
Conduct store & EC visits to review productivity, product performance and customer behaviour, and cascade actions to commercial teams.
Provide market, competitor, and trend insights that support strategic assortment direction and pricing guidance, making recommendations to ensure the Theory EU assortment remains competitive within the market.
