À propos de ce poste Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, Global Revenue Enablement chez Snowflake
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
The Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organization exists to equip every audience in our go-to-market ecosystem—field, partners and customers —with the clarity, systems, and operational leverage they need to execute with machine speed and absolute consistency.
Within frontier AI and high-velocity cloud environments, enablement is fundamentally a systems engineering and operational discipline. Sitting at the nexus of GRE and our Technology & Systems engineering organizations, this Principal TPM serves as the operational architect for our revenue machine. Your mandate is to design, orchestrate, and institutionalize GTM processes built on AI-first principles—eliminating manual friction, automating complex quote-to-cash workflows, and building scalable rails for rapid commercialization.
We are looking for an exceptional Principal TPM who combines top-tier portfolio governance with deep technical, systems, and operational fluency. You operate as an internal principal consultant, systems strategist, and execution engine.
You will partner hand-in-glove with GRE’s Technology & Systems, the Enterprise Technology Team and Data Analytics and AI team, to translate commercial growth strategies into deterministic, automated systems. You will lead high-stakes, enterprise-wide initiatives.
You thrive in high-ambiguity environments, bring order to complex multi-quarter roadmaps, surface critical architectural trade-offs, and align executive stakeholders without needing direct authority.
In this role, you will:
Design AI-Native Workflows: Partner directly with Technology & Systems engineering to audit, rebuild, and operationalize field and enablement workflows using frontier AI models, automated agents, and intelligent orchestration pipelines throughout the organization.
Eliminate Operational Friction: Systematically dismantle manual bottlenecks across the GRE’s lifecycles, e.g. team to team handoffs, vendor relationships, technical business requirements scoping, and enablement content.
Intelligent Tooling Deployment: Act as the lead technical sponsor for evaluating, piloting, and standardizing tool stack based on GRE priorities.
Drive High-Impact Projects via Scrum: Lead and execute mission-critical technical programs using rigorous Scrum and Agile methodologies—running sprint planning, backlog prioritization, cross-functional standups, and retrospectives to ensure predictable, high-velocity delivery across distributed GRE teams
Enablement as a Product: Treat operational enablement as an engineering-grade platform. Establish program telemetry, operational SLAs, and feedback loops to measure ramp time, operational velocity, and release velocity
Portfolio Strategy & Intake: Run the strategic intake and prioritization engine for Technology & Systems team, filtering unstructured business demands into rigorous, measurable delivery roadmaps aligned to top-line outcomes.
Executive Program Alignment: Coordinate and drive alignment cross-functionally across teams, managing communications, milestone delivery, and critical risk mitigations.
Quote-to-Cash Optimization: Drive the multi-quarter technical program roadmap conversations for CPQ architecture (Salesforce) to accelerate GRE’s service/deal structuring.
Packaging & Pricing Execution: Partner with Head of Customer Activation and lead the technical operationalization of enablement services/packaging, and API pricing models.
Governance Automation: Partner with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to codify pricing rules, custom discounting thresholds, and contractual guardrails into automated rules engines, dramatically reducing manual approval cycle times.
Downstream Systems Interoperability: Ensure seamless data synchronization across LMS, CRM, CPQ and usage-metering infrastructure for real-time contracting and provisioning.
Operational Readiness: Ensure all systems (CRM, CPQ, billing, product telemetry, and field enablement repositories) are fully configured, tested, and validated prior to any public or gated release.
Required Skills:
10+ years of technical program management, business operations, or revenue systems leadership within high-growth technology, SaaS, or frontier AI environments.
Proven IC5 Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive multi-quarter enterprise programs across diverse teams (Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales) with minimal direction.
AI-First Fluency: Practical understanding of modern LLM APIs and agentic workflow orchestration.
Deep Systems Fluency: Advanced expertise in the revenue technology stack: Salesforce (Enterprise CRM/CPQ) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
Analytical Rigor: Ability in querying to derive insights and validate program ROI.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
