About the Role
Finix is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale our partnerships team. You’ll manage a team that drives high-impact referral, channel, and ecosystem partnerships with ISOs and agents, bringing new merchant leads into our pipeline. You’ll set the strategy, coach and develop the team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to expand Finix’s reach and accelerate adoption of our embedded payments platform.
We’re looking for a partnership leader with people-management experience who can scale both a team and a partner program in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary Range: $200,000/yr to $275,000/yr OTE + equity + benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
