We are looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Senior Manager to join our Management Consulting team, helping financial services clients across Thailand and Southeast Asia address complex regulatory, risk and compliance transformation challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex Risk & Compliance transformation engagements across AML/KYC, financial crime, regulatory change, governance, controls and compliance
• Own senior client relationships and advise executives on risk and regulatory transformation priorities
• Oversee large or multi-workstream programmes, ensuring delivery quality, commercial performance and effective risk management
• Shape solutions that translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical business and operating model changes
• Lead, coach and develop consulting teams across multiple engagements
• Drive proposals, solution development and new business opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with financial institutions and contribute to account and practice growth
• Develop Risk & Compliance capabilities, propositions and thought leadership for Thailand and Southeast Asia

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in management consulting and/or financial services, at a level appropriate for Senior Manager
• Strong track record delivering Risk & Compliance transformation across areas such as AML/KYC, financial crime, regulatory change, governance or controls
• Experience leading complex engagements with banks, financial institutions or regulators
• Strong senior stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
• Experience leading teams and overseeing multiple workstreams
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting or leading business development
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical and implementable solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience leading large-scale regulatory or compliance transformation programmes
• Exposure to technology-enabled Risk & Compliance, data, analytics or AI
• Thailand and/or Southeast Asia financial services experience
