Lead Promotion Excellence across Middle Europe — owning the end-to-end promotion agenda (data, tools, return on investment, capabilities) and integrating it with pricing, mix and trade-term strategies to drive profitable growth. You will also serve as the embedded Revenue Growth Management partner for France, UK and Germany, and act as Middle Europe Data Steward for the o9 Promotion Data Product build.

How you will contribute:

Promotion Excellence & Multi-Lever Revenue Growth Management

• Own the Middle Europe promotion roadmap: gap analysis, guidelines by retailer and country maturity, and 3-year scenario planning to maximise profit while protecting net revenue and share of market
• Connect promotion optimisation with pricing, price pack architecture, mix and trade terms — bringing a total-lever view into customer negotiations
• Drive promotion tools strategy, innovation and capability building across markets

Revenue Growth Management partner for France, United Kingdom & Germany

• Act as the hands-on Revenue Growth Management partner: quarterly rhythm with local leads, co-built roadmaps, first escalation point for promotion and pricing return on investment
  

Data Stewardship — o9 Promotion Data Product

• Own canonical modelling (entities, key performance indicators, business rules), validate the data contract, and provide Middle Europe business sign-off through Fit-Gap, Build and User Acceptance Testing

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• At least 10 years' experience in a similar leading role in an international environment within the consumer goods industry
• Deep Promotion expertise: Promotion Effectiveness Assessment, Trade Promotion Management & Trade Promotion Optimisation implementation
• Broad functional experience of Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, or Sales/Category Planning/Customer Service & Logistics (customer-facing experience)
• Proven experience leading commercial teams in cross-market & international environments
• Experience directly supporting large, complex markets (ideally including France, UK or Germany)
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and ability to simplify complex topics
• Proven leadership and presentation skills
• Strong influencing skills; able to build relationships across functions and countries
• Track record in driving change; digital savvy with Data Steward comfort
• Fluency in English is a must
