About the role

As our Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you'll play a key role in shaping and evolving the LEGO Group's global pricing strategy. You'll lead strategic pricing initiatives that balance consumer value, commercial growth, and financial performance while influencing how products are priced across global and local markets. Working closely with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership teams, you'll develop data-driven recommendations that unlock sustainable growth and strengthen pricing as a commercial lever across the business.

You'll have the opportunity to influence senior decision-makers and help shape pricing strategy for a global portfolio spanning thousands of product and market combinations.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered advanced pricing and commercial analysis that informed strategic business decisions
• Built advanced Excel models and used complex data modelling techniques to support commercial recommendations
• Applied data-driven analytics to identify opportunities and improve business performance
• Led pricing, commercial, finance, consulting, or analytics projects with measurable business impact
• Influenced senior stakeholders and aligned multiple functions behind strategic recommendations
• Developed business cases supported by analytical insight that improved revenue, margin, or commercial outcomes

Nice to have

• Used SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret complex business data
• Applied Databricks or large-scale database platforms to support commercial decision-making
• Delivered change initiatives that improved business processes and capabilities
• Contributed to global transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholder groups

Life on the team

You'll join the Global Pricing Team within Global Commercial Development, a commercial centre of excellence responsible for pricing LEGO products across global and local markets. The team combines operational excellence with long-term strategic development and offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders. Our hybrid working rhythm supports flexibility and collaboration, with success built on strong relationships, strategic thinking, problem solving, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.

What success looks like

You'll become a trusted advisor on pricing strategy, helping stakeholders navigate complex decisions while balancing consumer value, growth, and profitability. Over the coming months, you'll support the continued evolution of global pricing strategy, enhanced pricing tools and capabilities, and greater use of data and analytics platforms. You'll work closely with Product Development, Finance, Sales, Marketing, regional leadership teams, pricing colleagues, and senior leaders across the LEGO Group to help strengthen pricing as a key driver of commercial growth.
