À propos de ce poste Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and Communications chez Mission Telecom
Who We Are
Mission Telecom is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit wireless broadband provider and grantmaking foundation. We partner with nonprofits, schools, and libraries to close the digital divide through reliable, affordable wireless broadband and connected devices, and through Mission Telecom Giving, we fund social impact organizations working to advance equity and justice. Our grantmaking focuses on multiracial democracy, movement infrastructure and innovation, and telecom justice, including broadband affordability policy.
About the Role
The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and Communications leads two connected mandates. For our broadband program, you will build a repeatable B2B marketing engine that generates qualified demand and drives revenue growth. For Mission Telecom Giving, our grantmaking program, you will build the public communications and thought-leadership platform. We expect about 75% of your time on broadband and 25% on Giving.
This role reports jointly to Mission Telecom's Executive Director and the Executive Director of Mission Telecom Giving. It is a hands-on leadership role: you will set strategy, run campaigns, work directly with our partnerships team, manage specialized partners when needed, and use data to keep improving results. The Giving work is supported by a communications consulting firm that knows the grants program.
The broadband work centers on six core growth programs: targeted email and nurture; sales-aligned outbound and account-based marketing; website, SEO, and conversion optimization; associations, cooperatives, and strategic partners; webinars and targeted conferences; and customer expansion and referrals.
Case studies, LinkedIn, paid search, retargeting, PR, direct mail, and selective sponsorships support these programs rather than run on their own. If you want to build a marketing system from the ground up instead of inheriting one, this role is for you.
