YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for the development and execution of seasonal global marketing strategies and campaign plans for PUMA Handball, ensuring alignment from sell-in to sell-through across all key business moments, while partnering closely with Europe and key regions to provide strategic guidance on local market activations and ensure consistent execution against the global brand direction

• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of global Handball Footwear campaigns, ensuring consistent execution, premium storytelling, and alignment across all consumer touchpoints

• Work in close partnership with the Product Creation team to help shape product positioning, storytelling, and campaign direction, ensuring a strong connection between product innovation, athlete insights, and consumer relevance

• Independently lead and manage external creative agencies and production partners throughout the campaign development and execution process, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables across all activations and communication touchpoints

• Lead the activation strategy and execution for PUMA’s key global Handball athletes, working closely with Sports Marketing and European markets to maximize visibility, storytelling opportunities, and commercial impact

• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Business Units, Sports Marketing, Product Creation, Creative Services, and regional marketing teams to ensure integrated and impactful campaign execution across the Handball category.

YOUR TALENT

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Sports Marketing, preferably within the sporting goods, fashion, or lifestyle industry

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field

• Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated global marketing campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints

• Strong skills in campaign management, strategic planning, storytelling, agency management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration

• In-depth knowledge of and passion for Handball, sports culture, athlete marketing, and the global sports landscape

• Proven ability to work closely with Product Creation and translate product stories into impactful consumer-facing campaigns.
