À propos de ce poste Senior Manager, FP&A & Sales Operations chez ClearView Healthcare Partners
Company Overview
ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm headquartered in Boston, with offices in San Francisco, New York City, London, Zurich and Gurgaon. Serving clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces, we provide world-class strategic decision-making support across a diverse range of business issues. Our goal is to inform actionable recommendations that allow companies to achieve their business objectives.
Role Overview
ClearView is hiring a Senior Manager to sit at the intersection of FP&A and Sales Operations. A builder, not a caretaker. This person will design and stand up the systems that connect financial forecasting to staffing capacity, translate deal and utilization data into compensation and incentive structures, and give leadership a real-time read on profitability down to the project, practice, and product level.
Responsibilities
Financial Budget/Forecasting & Capacity Planning
- Help build and manage budget to actual rolling revenue, utilization, and headcount forecasts that connect pipeline, staffing capacity, and financial targets.
- Partner with practice leads and HR/Recruiting to turn staffing plans into forward-looking capacity models.
- Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform hiring, staffing mix, and growth investment decisions.
Compensation Structure & Sales Operations
- Build the data and analytics that inform compensation and incentive decisions — bonus pools, utilization-linked incentives, business-development credit and assist HR/Finance and practice leadership in maintaining the framework.
- Build the sales operations backbone: pipeline reporting, win-rate analytics, and pricing/margin analysis.
- Standardize how deal economics roll up into firm-wide forecasts and compensation calculations.
Profitability & Staffing Efficiency, by Practice
- Own project-level profitability reporting — realized rates, margin, staffing efficiency, variance to plan and roll it up into practice- and product-level views.
- Track staffing efficiency by practice: utilization, staffing mix, and cost-to-serve relative to revenue, flagging where a practice’s economics are drifting from plan.
- Work with IT to build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into profitability from the portfolio level down to each practice and product.
Transaction & Diligence Readiness
- Assist Finance team to prepare financial, operational, and sales data infrastructure to withstand institutional diligence scrutiny.
- Support the CFO and outside advisors on diligence requests, data-room materials, and Q&A during a transaction process.
Systems & Process Infrastructure
- Evaluate and help implement or optimize FP&A, BI, and sales ops tooling (e.g., Power BI/Tableau, CRM, PSA/resource-management systems).
Qualifications
- 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or sales/revenue operations — ideally within professional services, consulting, or a private-equity-backed company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Track record of building financial models and capacity/resource-planning frameworks from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones.
- Experience designing or administering compensation and incentive structures.
- Exposure to M&A or transaction diligence (buy-side or sell-side) strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel; fluency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM/PSA systems.
- A confident cross-functional communicator, comfortable presenting directly to the CFO and firm leadership.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and energized by building structure where none currently exists.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
