Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects. The role will be responsible for creating robust financial models, driving investment analysis, supporting business planning, evaluating strategic opportunities, and providing decision-making insights to senior leadership.
This position requires a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
- Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
- Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
- Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance.
- Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
- Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
