HQ(ヘッドクォーター)発信の各種ツールやプラットフォームを活用しながら、世界各拠点と密に連携し、従業員一人ひとりに会社の方向性・ストーリー・想いを届けていく役割です。

・グローバル従業員エンゲージメント戦略の立案および実行支援
・HQ発信ツールの企画・運用
・グローバルプラットフォームを活用したストーリー発信、編集・展開
・グローバル／リージョナルイベントの企画・実施
・グローバル各拠点（リージョン／マーケット）との連携・アライメント
・事業全体を理解した上での、日英両言語によるコミュニケーション設計

This position is a critical leadership role within Corporate Communications function, serving as a core driver of the company’s global employee engagement strategy.
The role is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of HQ‑led engagement initiatives—from strategic planning through execution and follow‑up—working closely with global and regional teams worldwide.
Leveraging HQ‑developed tools and platforms, this role ensures that Nissan’s direction, stories, and purpose are effectively communicated to employees across all regions, fostering alignment and engagement at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
・Develop and support the execution of the global employee engagement strategy
・Plan, manage, and operate HQ‑led communication tools and initiatives
・Create, edit, and distribute global stories using enterprise‑wide platforms
・Plan and execute global and regional engagement events
・Collaborate closely with regional and market‑level teams to ensure alignment
・Design and deliver communications in both Japanese and English, grounded in a strong understanding of the overall business

Required Experience and Skills
・Proven experience in communications and/or employee engagement in a global environment

・Native‑level or near‑native proficiency in Japanese and English
・Proactive mindset with the ability to deliver creative, high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation (Reference)
・Monthly Salary: One‑twelfth (1/12) of the annual base salary
・Annual Compensation: JPY 10.6 million or higher, plus incentive
*Final compensation will be determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise
*Incentives are determined separately based on company performance and other factors
