YOUR MISSION

• Act as Finance Business Partner and central point of contact for assigned business areas, proactively supporting management and business stakeholders in financial and commercial decision-making
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Perform variance analyses and identify key business drivers behind financial performance
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting processes
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability trends
• Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments and commercial initiatives
• Monitor cost center and profit center performance and provide actionable insights
• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Ensure data quality and consistency across financial reporting systems
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
• Support of legal transformation projects
• Support system and process testing, UAT and data validation, including preparation and follow-up of test cases and identified issues
• Prepare and maintain relevant process, reporting, test and user documentation and support knowledge transfer

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's degree in Controlling or Finance
• At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Independent work and structured way of working
• High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent and hands-on way of working
• Strong business-partnering mindset with good cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Cross-departmental thinking and communication is required
• Fluency in English.
