Job Title: Senior Manager, Cloud Platform
Location: Beijing, Shanghai
Employment Type: full-time
Responsibilities
Lead the overall planning, architecture design, and technology roadmap development for the company’s cloud platform.
Design, deploy, and establish operational processes and infrastructure on cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud preferred).
Lead cloud deployment, monitoring, optimization, and operations management for large-scale projects.
Build and maintain highly available and high-performance SaaS environments to ensure system stability and scalability.
Support R&D teams in improving engineering efficiency and driving integration between cloud resources and development processes.
Assist R&D teams in deploying and operating SaaS features, especially AI-related capabilities.
Design and implement internal information systems, such as licensing systems and customer feedback platforms.
Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, and alerting.
Collaborate with global platforms and systems to ensure compatibility and seamless integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
Strong expertise in architecture design and operations on at least one major cloud platform (Alibaba Cloud preferred), including ECS, VDI, VPC networking, and related services.
Proven experience in cloud deployment, operations, and optimization for large-scale projects.
Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and operational frameworks.
Strong system design and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and toolchains.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI platforms or AI-based SaaS deployment.
Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud architectures.
Team leadership or people management experience.

基于云平台（优先阿里云）完成基础设施设计、部署与运维体系建设
主导大型项目的云端部署、监控、优化与运维管理
搭建高可用、高性能的SaaS运行环境，保障系统稳定性与扩展性
支持R&D团队提升工程效率，推动云资源与开发流程的深度融合
协助R&D团队完成各类SaaS功能（尤其AI相关能力）的上线与运维
设计并推动内部信息系统（如许可证系统、客户反馈系统等）的集成与落地
推动DevOps体系建设（CI/CD、自动化部署、监控告警等）
对接Global系统与平台，保障系统兼容与协同运行
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、云计算或相关专业
熟练掌握至少一种主流云平台（优先阿里云）的架构设计与运维（包括ECS、VDI、VPC网络等）
具备大型项目云部署、运维及优化经验
熟悉SaaS系统架构及运维体系
具备良好的系统设计能力和跨团队协作能力
熟悉DevOps流程及相关工具链
具备较强的英语听说读写能力（需与Global团队协作）
