The Job

Due to the expansion of the business, a team is set up to drive the Company’s accelerating growth strategy in non-HK regions. We are looking for a Senior Manager to assist the Team Head of Business Development to plan, develop and execute the business planning: -

• Achieve growth in business and agency force against business plan;

• Implement the Company’s business development strategy in non-HK regions, seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Company’s strategic business objectives;

• Collaborate and support Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activities;

• Ensure the sales force maintains a high standard of professional ethics and performance, in accordance with the company guidelines and regulatory requirements;

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver effective agency growth plan;

• Develop programs to provide capability improvement training for agency force in close collaboration with Business Training Team;

• Keep abreast of market trends, landscape and industry best practice to provide insightful advises for management .

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirements.

The Person

• University degree in any discipline with minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance and/or financial services industry; agency channel knowledge is highly preferred;

• Good analytical skills and attentive to details;

• Good problem solving and time management;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue excellence

• Strong business acumen;

• Solid experience in agency recruitment and management of life insurance;

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken);
