Fever for Business (F4B) is our B2B organization, built around a simple idea: providing live experiences as a service to other businesses.
We help businesses, schools and global brands create memorable events without the usual complexity by providing a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service.
From intimate Candlelight Private Concert or a large-scale multi-city activation, we turn live entertainment into a repeatable business solution that drives employee engagement and brand differentiation. Our team owns the full journey from initial sales and strategy to global execution working closely with Fever Originals and Operations to scale B2B experiences smoothly and at a global level.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage a small, yet fast-growing team of Account Executives covering a US region within Fever for Business, based out of our Chicago office. You'll be responsible for the region's revenue performance, coaching your AEs to consistently exceed targets, and acting as a player-coach who can jump into strategic deals when it matters most.
You'll report directly to the Head of Fever for Business, Americas, and play a key role in shaping how F4B scales its go-to-market approach across the region — from pipeline strategy and forecasting to hiring and developing talent.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a small, yet fast-growing team of Account Executives, helping each rep build a strong pipeline and consistently hit quota.
- Own the regional revenue target, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health across your team.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives as the region grows.
- Run regular pipeline reviews and deal coaching using MEDDIC-style methodology, and step into key deals to help close strategic or complex opportunities.
- Set territory and account-planning strategy for the region in partnership with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Partners, Operations).
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects to support New Logo growth and land-and-expand motions.
- Represent Fever for Business in market, building Fever's brand and network among corporate and institutional decision-makers.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and leadership to roll out playbooks, training, and best practices to your team.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast discipline across the team, and report on regional performance to leadership.
- Stay on top of market trends and the competitive landscape to keep the region's go-to-market approach sharp.
Who You Are
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE, or similar a plus).
- Prior experience managing or leading a sales team, with a track record of coaching reps to hit and exceed targets.
- Proven individual track record in B2B sales before moving into people leadership.
- Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar sales methodologies preferred.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable jumping into deals directly.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who is comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong coaching and people-management instincts.
- Growth mindset: coachable, data-driven, organized, optimistic.
- Fluency in English required.
