This role sits within our Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) team and focuses on creating memorable, consumer‑centric activations across the French market. By understanding regional trends, cultural nuances, and evolving consumer behaviors, you’ll help translate global strategies into localized experiences that strengthen brand love and drive growth. Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and key partners, you will help us innovate at the intersection of content, community, and commerce.

What You’ll Do for Us
Activate locally relevant marketing assets, including sports, entertainment, and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and consumer interests.
Translate and adapt global or regional marketing assets for the French market, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and behavioral resonance.
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key local partners, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact consumer experiences.
Partner with internal teams across IMX, Creative, Media, and Franchise Operations to integrate live experiences and sponsorships into broader marketing plans.
Coordinate contractual and operational aspects of partnerships to ensure compliance, efficiency, and value delivery.
Oversee planning and execution of on‑site activations at key events, ensuring seamless delivery and positive consumer engagement.
Monitor and report on asset performance, leveraging insights and data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate strong return on investment.
Ensure all activations reflect brand standards and contribute to our overall growth objectives in France.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sports marketing, event management, or entertainment partnerships within the French market.
Strong understanding of consumer engagement trends, cultural insights, and passion‑point marketing in France.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and measuring ROI in sponsorship or experiential programs.
Digital and social media fluency, with exposure to influencer partnership activation and data-driven decision-making.
AI awareness and openness to leveraging emerging technologies in marketing solutions.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
Professional proficiency in French and English, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
