The Sr. Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient import and export operations for instruments, reagents, biological raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and equipment. This role safeguards supply continuity by prioritizing customs and trade compliance, managing regulated material clearances, and coordinating international logistics with internal and external partners.

This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for instruments and reagents

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Develop and optimize logistics operational processes.
• Manage domestic and international transportation and distribution networks.
• Oversee import/export operations, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.
• Control logistics costs while improving on-time delivery performance and inventory turnover.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve logistics KPIs and performance metrics.
• Handle major logistics exceptions, disruptions, and risk-related incidents.
• Support supply chain strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, or a related discipline.
• Management; working English proficiency for business correspondence and document review.
• Strong knowledge of international trade practices and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in logistics data analysis and cost optimization.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Medical device, IVD, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science industry import/export experience.
• Experience handling biological or regulated materials, including human-derived or animal-origin materials, diagnostic reagents, China Compulsory Certification exemption applications, or special customs supervision requirements.
• Experience supporting customs audits, Authorized Economic Operator programs, duty optimization, or logistics and trade compliance process improvement.
