About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as a part of Enterprise functions to support Emerging Middle Market clients with annual revenues of $25MM to $100MM.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Emerging Middle Market clients by identifying opportunities to expand Treasury Management relationships and deliver value-added solutions.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to acquire new business, deepen existing client relationships, and increase Treasury Management revenue.
• Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions across payables, receivables, liquidity management, cash management, fraud prevention, and digital payments.
• Analyze client needs and recommend Treasury Management strategies that improve working capital, operational efficiency, and payment processes.
• Lead client discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations while supporting competitive opportunities and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with product partners, implementation teams, and service partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, industry trends, and market developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
• Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and Treasury Management expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
• Proven success building, managing, and growing a pre-existing Treasury Management portfolio.
• Consultative Treasury Management sales experience, including cash management, payables, receivables, liquidity management, commercial card, and fraud prevention solutions.
• Experience partnering with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, win new business, and deepen client relationships.
• Strong client-facing presentation, discovery, and solutioning skills.
• Experience working with CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers, and other financial decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment.

Job Expectations:

• This position will require up to 30% of travel
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
