Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with Marketing Operations stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives through the design, development, and implementation of innovative systems, automation solutions, and technology enhancements that improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and support long-term business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Marketing Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend effective system-based solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain innovative applications, automation tools, and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and reduce reliance on manual processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with operational objectives and user requirements.
• Lead and support the automation of repetitive tasks, manual workflows, and reporting processes through system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance, reliability, and usability to ensure optimal functionality and business continuity.
• Establish effective feedback channels with end-users, gather user insights, and drive continuous improvements to maximize adoption and success of implemented solutions.
• Provide timely troubleshooting, technical support, system maintenance, and issue resolution for Marketing Operations applications and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Information Technology, Casino Operations, and other business units, to identify opportunities for process optimization, systems integration, and best practice sharing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, process flows, and technical specifications to support ongoing operations and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews to ensure successful delivery of system initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and system performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for further enhancements.
• Support the replication and scaling of successful Marketing Operations initiatives across other business units where applicable, helping drive enterprise-wide operational excellence.
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, milestones, timelines, risks, outcomes, and realized business benefits.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices to identify innovative solutions that can enhance business performance.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in automation, low-code development, project management, business analysis, or data analytics would be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development, systems development, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, implementation, and post-production support.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in application development, system integration, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Track record of delivering initiatives that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and user adoption.

Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, Entity Framework, DevExpress, and XPO.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, development, query optimization, and reporting.
• Experience designing and developing REST-based APIs and system integrations using JSON, OData, Web API, and web services.
• Experience utilizing source code version control tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.

Other Prerequisites

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Self-driven individual contributor with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Prior experience supporting hospitality, gaming, customer-facing, or operational business environments would be advantageous.
