Join DXC’s Large Deals team and play a key role in shaping and winning strategic Applications Transformation opportunities with some of Sweden's leading enterprises.

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will develop executive-level relationships, identify high-value transformation opportunities, lead complex pursuits, and close multi-million-euro deals across Application Modernization, Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

This is a highly visible role focused on winning and delivering large-scale business outcomes for clients.

What to expect? 

• Develop and manage C-level relationships across target accounts.

• Identify, qualify, and create large transformation opportunities.

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuits from opportunity creation through contract signature.

• Build compelling win strategies and competitive positioning.

• Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Bid Managers, Commercial and Delivery Leaders.

• Shape innovative solutions that address client business challenges.

• Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring profitable growth.

• Drive executive engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

What do we expect?

• 15+ years of enterprise IT sales experience.

• 10+ years of experience selling complex Application Services and Applications Outsourcing engagements.

• Proven success leading and closing large-scale pursuits valued between €20M and €500M+.

• Fluent Swedish and English languages

• Strong executive presence with experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers, and senior business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and competitive pursuits.

• Experience selling large-scale Application Modernization, Cloud Transformation, Managed Services, Digital Engineering, or AI-led Transformation programs.

• Proven ability to build executive relationships and influence strategic business decisions.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience leading contract negotiations and deal governance.
