Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior IT Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide first-line support to users who contact the help desk by phone or email.
• Respond to calls and emails from end users who need assistance throughout the day, troubleshooting help desk tickets for both on-site and remote users.
• Investigate user problems, identify their causes, determine possible solutions, and test and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational issues.
• Research and analyze trends in help desk tickets submitted by team members.
• Assist with network and PC preventive maintenance activities and maintain company antivirus systems to help ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate daily IT requests, including adding and deleting users, maintaining email groups, and handling other miscellaneous IT-related requests.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• +8 years of experience working in a technical operations or IT support environment is preferred.
• Experience with user software testing, evaluation, and operational procedures in a networked environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to provide effective support to both on-site and remote users.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues before escalating them.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
