JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Interface Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Senior Interface Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between various project teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of interface management, which includes identifying and resolving potential conflicts, managing dependencies, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the visionary goals of Vision 2030. Your expertise will help drive project success through proactive interface management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective interface management strategies and plans that foster collaboration between stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between project teams, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Identify and manage interdependencies and conflicts across multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution to avoid delays.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to address interface-related issues and promote proactive problem-solving among teams.
• Monitor interface performance and report on key metrics to assess compliance with project requirements.
• Support Project Managers in integrating interface management into the overall project execution strategies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface coordination or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of interface management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management and interface management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to project management and interface coordination.
• Professional certifications in project management or a related field are an advantage.
