-Responsible for fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (must have experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly candidates)
-Focusing on identifying, contacting and pipelining cleared IT candidates
-Developing job postings
-Providing unforgettable candidate experiences
-Attracting talent
-Maintaining impeccable client service
-Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage and fill current, contingent and upcoming positions
-Coordinating with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers and Human Resources for interviews and hiring processing
-Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that address strategic business needs and goals
-Learn about Business Development, RFPs, Account Management, client interactions, and how to be successful in the consulting world
Requirements
Expereince recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners)
College Degree
