THE WORK

• Deliver end-to-end IT solutions through on‑premises, hybrid, and multi‑cloud models utilizing Google technologies, tailored for enterprise clients, critical infrastructure, and government institutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions in areas such as infrastructure architecture, container platforms, automation, DevOps, and disaster recovery/high availability.
• Act as a technical authority during infrastructure assessments, transformations, and large‑scale modernization initiatives.
• Identify, propose, and drive optimization and transformation opportunities across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring and training engineering teams, sharing best practices, and contributing to internal standards and knowledge bases.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise‑grade infrastructure solutions.
• Strong, proven expertise in container technologies and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, GKE, OpenShift, Anthos), including architecture design and production operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux, infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), scripting, and enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix).
• Advanced understanding of DevOps culture, practices, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Pipelines).
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and configuration management.
• Strong practical experience in designing, managing, and transforming on‑premises infrastructure in hybrid or cloud‑integrated environments.
• Solid understanding of networking, storage (file, block, object), databases, and infrastructure monitoring/logging solutions at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one public cloud platform, with preference for Google Cloud.
• Fluent or upper‑intermediate proficiency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Availability and willingness for international travel.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Google Cloud Professional Certified Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer certification (or higher‑level cloud certifications).
• Good understanding of infrastructure and cloud security concepts (network security, IAM, application security, cryptography).
• Prior experience in a technical lead, senior engineer, or solution architect role.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training engineers and non‑infrastructure teams.
