Who you are

You are a client-facing Infrastructure Solution Architect with strong infrastructure and automation expertise. You are a confident communicator and problem-solver who excels at leading technical discussions, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and managing diverse stakeholders to deliver successful infrastructure transformation projects.

Required skills and experience

• Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of Solution Architecture and/or Infrastructure Architecture experience.

• Client-Facing Delivery: Proven experience leading customer-facing infrastructure projects, facilitating technical discussions, and managing stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

• Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on expertise in one or more core infrastructure domains: Enterprise Data Center Architecture, VMware / Hyper-V / IBM Power platforms, Storage and Backup solutions, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), or Enterprise Infrastructure platforms.

• Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with one or more automation/scripting tools: Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or Git.

• Certifications: Hold at least one of the following certifications: VMware VCP/VCAP, Red Hat RHCE, or IBM Professional Certification.

Preferred skills and experience

• Cloud Platforms: Hybrid Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, or Private Cloud environments.

• Industry Domain: Deep background and project experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.

• Transformation & Migration: Direct experience delivering large-scale infrastructure modernization, transformation, or cloud migration projects.

• Professional Background: Prior experience in System Integration, Consulting, or Professional Services environments.
