YOUR MISSION

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for Retail Eastern Europe, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance to retail leaders, store managers, and employees.
• Manage and execute all core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Analyze workforce and retail HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-informed decisions, and enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.
• Coach and advise managers on people-related matters, employee relations, organizational changes, and leadership development while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and company policies.
• Foster a high-performance culture by strengthening employee engagement, promoting company values, and partnering closely with HR Cluster Central team to deliver consistent and impactful people solutions.

YOUR TALENT

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within retail, multi-site operations, or a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with retail leaders, store managers, and employees across Eastern Europe.
• Solid knowledge of Czech labor law and employee relations, combined with experience navigating HR topics in a multinational business environment.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a dynamic retail setting.
• Fluent in Czech and English, with analytical and digital skills, including experience with MS Office and HR systems such as Workday.
