Job Summary

As a Senior HR Generalist at Taxwell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and programs to our growing team. You will be a key contributor to maintaining a positive employee experience and fostering a productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
* Administer and communicate company benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other employee perks.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.
* Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
* Conduct HR investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
* Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with management on talent acquisition strategies, including job description development, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
* PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
