About this role To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Sr. Global Media Specialist to join our Global Media team. In this role, you will plan and implement our media strategy in the UK, driving awareness, consideration, and connecting more customers to our services.

Working closely with our internal growth teams and external agency partners, you will Lead media excellence, Care for our customer touchpoints, and Deliver impactful digital campaigns that keep us one step ahead.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Develop global media strategies aligned with overall business objectives and driving excellence.

• Localize global media principles, guidance, and recommendations for optimal market impact.

• Collaborate with local teams to maximize agency partner value, strategy, and media efficiency.

• Challenge media strategies using data and learnings from previous global and local campaigns.

• Translate high-level media strategies into actionable channel plans across all digital platforms.

• Execute digital media plans with precision to reach our target audiences effectively.

• Co-create comprehensive campaign reports and actionable recommendations to optimize media performance.

• Build and manage platform testing roadmaps aligned with the global testing framework.

• Coach junior team members on Awareness & Consideration campaigns, helping one another succeed.

• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
   

What will you bring to the team?

• Demonstrated experience in media advertising across client or agency environments.

• Hands-on proficiency with Paid Social business managers (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), FMPs, DSPs (e.g., DV360), and web analytics.

• Deep understanding of the UK media landscape and channel-agnostic media strategy development.

• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Analytical mindset with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.

• Relevant professional experience or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
