Summary: As our Senior Global Marketing Director, you'll own the strategy and execution behind how Huda Beauty shows up globally, from major product launches to the campaigns that turn cultural moments into commercial results. You'll lead a high-performing global marketing team, partner closely with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Media and Retail to deliver integrated work, and act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership and our founder in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Own and drive the global marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
• Lead major product launches and 360 campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Translate brand strategy into clear consumer propositions, storytelling and activation plans.
• Partner closely with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Media, E-commerce, Retail and VM teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure marketing plans balance brand equity, cultural impact and commercial conversion.
• Use consumer, cultural and business insights to identify growth opportunities and sharpen marketing decisions.
• Drive global consistency while allowing markets to adapt plans to local consumer and cultural nuances.
• Partner with regional teams and key markets to improve launch excellence and execution.
• Own marketing performance reviews, campaign KPIs and post-launch learnings.
• Build stronger marketing processes, prioritization and ways of working across the organization.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing global marketing team.
• Act as a strong strategic partner to senior leadership and the founder, operating effectively in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Requirements

• Significant senior marketing experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, consumer or culturally relevant brands.
• Strong track record leading global brand strategy and large-scale product launches.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing across brand, social, creators, PR, media, retail and e-commerce.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to consumer behavior and business performance.
• Highly culturally aware, with a strong understanding of beauty, pop culture and emerging consumer trends.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting into the detail and driving execution.
• Strong storyteller with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across global markets and complex cross-functional organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to create clarity, accountability and momentum.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, speed and the dynamics of a founder-led business.
