Senior Full-Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid (Full-Time)
Note: This role requires 1-2 times monthly to our Markham, ON office.

Reports To: Development Manager / Director of Engineering
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 CAD

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business and technical challenges. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving our cloud-native SaaS platform while helping shape the future of AI-driven software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across web, API, and cloud platforms.
- Build modern front-end applications using Angular and React.
- Develop backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design reviews, and development standards.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Develop cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Support, and DevOps teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes through Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- C#
- .NET / ASP.NET Core
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- Entity Framework
- Azure Cloud Services
- Strong front-end experience with:
- Angular
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS/LESS
- Experience developing scalable SaaS applications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, pipelines, and release management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring developers.
