The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Senior Forecasting Analyst – Healthcare - Barcelona, Spain

Meet the team:

Join Dexcom’s Commercial Forecasting & Analytics team, where collaboration and innovation drive business performance across regions. You’ll work alongside customer teams and internal stakeholders in a supportive, high-impact environment that values best practice, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem solving.

Where you come in:

As Senior Forecasting Analyst, you’ll play a central role in leading both short-term and long-term forecasting for Dexcom’s commercial portfolio. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning the quarterly revenue forecasting process and supporting the long-range planning (LRP) cycle across multiple regions.

  • Developing and integrating commercial analytics, identifying trends and translating them into forecast assumptions, providing a data-driven view of product and market dynamics.

  • Building logical, scalable models in Excel and visualising the impact of change across the business.

  • Partnering with internal teams to integrate market dynamics and cross-functional expertise into demand forecasts that align with strategic goals.

  • Driving alignment and collaborating with pricing, finance, sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with strategic goals.

  • Communicating forecast assumptions and results to senior leadership, using clear, compelling and well-structured presentations and visualisations.

  • Performing mid-quarter variance analysis and identifying key drivers for leadership.

  • Supporting sales operations with incentive goal setting and supply chain with manufacturing and planning inputs.

  • Acting as a strategic partner for commercial leaders around the forecasting process, identifying opportunities to leverage data to support decision making and enhance the process.

  • Shaping the evolution of the forecasting processes and methodologies.

This role requires someone who’s not afraid to get stuck into the data, but who can also step back and think strategically. You’ll be joining a team where your insights will shape decisions — and where your enthusiasm and hunger to learn will be celebrated.

What makes you successful:

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, Demand Planning or a similar analytical or commercial function.

  • Experience with VBA or programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, etc.) is essential, as well as accessing large data sets via Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift.

  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in building and maintaining logical, scalable models.

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.

  • Familiarity with visualisation tools like Tableau or similar.

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.) are a bonus.

  • A collaborative mindset — you’re a team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.

  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure while keeping a clear sense of perspective.

  • Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • A growth mindset — you’re enthusiastic, determined, and excited to learn and develop.
