As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will develop deep industry and financial expertise while partnering with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will provide support for centralized reporting and analysis focusing on in-depth financial modeling and producing executive-ready materials. You are a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging. Partnering with a variety of stakeholders, you will develop financial strategy at the business unit and enterprise level.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
