• Handle daily operations at the Front-End Receipting (FER) counter
• Close FER counter daily
• Arrears for KC and MB divisions (issue in-house reminder letters, advice cases for legal actions)
• Handle and respond to finance-related email (KC and MB division)
• Handle to finance-related phone calls (KC and MB division)
• Process daily external payments and reports (internet banking, MSF)
• Process RCCS payment applications
• Process E-Notification applications
• Perform Void accounts adjustment
• Perform Accounts Receivable adjustments
• File and update summary listing SMP and Journals
• Any other as and when assigned
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
