Senior Facilities Management Lead (Jakarta)

Job Description Summary

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across a complex corporate portfolio in Indonesia. This role provides operational leadership across facilities, engineering, workplace services, vendor management, financial performance, and governance while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and developing high-performing operational teams.

About the Role:

• Provide leadership and oversight across Facilities Management operations in Indonesia, ensuring consistent delivery of engineering, maintenance, workplace, life safety, and site services in accordance with contractual requirements, service levels, and operational standards.

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, internal business partners, landlords, and service providers, acting as a key escalation point for operational matters while proactively identifying solutions that enhance service delivery and workplace experience.

• Drive operational and commercial performance through effective management of budgets, forecasts, expenditure, contracts, procurement, vendor performance, KPIs and SLAs, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize costs.

• Lead governance, compliance, risk management, business continuity, and operational improvement initiatives, ensuring appropriate processes, documentation, reporting, and controls are consistently maintained across the portfolio. 

• Lead, coach, and develop Facilities Management teams and service partners, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting broader business and operational priorities.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Corporate Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant professional FM or engineering qualifications would be advantageous.

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Facilities Management experience, with demonstrated responsibility for complex corporate facilities, multi-site operations, or integrated FM portfolios; previous leadership experience within an outsourced FM environment is highly advantageous. 

• Strong operational and technical understanding across building services, engineering, workplace operations, vendor management, contracts, compliance, risk, and business continuity, complemented by sound financial and commercial acumen.

• Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, lead operational teams and service partners, navigate complex issues, and translate business requirements into practical and effective facilities solutions.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the capability to operate effectively within a complex multinational environment.
