What You Can Expect:
Customer & Overseas Co-ordination.
· Arranging bookings from carriers / overseas agent
· Job opening in RA1
· Container / shipment tracking
· Handling escalations
· Shipment follow up till delivery as per our scope of work and timely update to customer
· Timely releasing of DO and sharing DSR as per customer’s requirement
· Timely invoicing.
· Job closing in RA1.
· MIS closing with accounts on monthly basis
