À propos de ce poste Senior ERP / Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - Finance and Integrations chez Makro PRO
Makro / CP AXTRA is strengthening its enterprise application landscape to support business growth, financial governance, and efficient operations across its retail and wholesale businesses. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP works alongside Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems to support finance, procurement, inventory, sales, and reporting processes.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to lead functional design, implementation, enhancement, and support across the ERP landscape. The role will focus on ensuring that transactions from Oracle Retail and other source systems are correctly mapped, validated, recorded, and reconciled in Oracle Fusion.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Retail Operations, application teams, integration specialists, and implementation partners. This is a functional role that requires a sound understanding of integration technologies and the ability to investigate issues across business processes and systems.
Role Summary
The consultant will own functional requirements and solution design for Oracle Fusion, particularly across General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Procurement. They will define how transactions and master data should flow between Oracle Fusion, Oracle Retail, and connected applications; support testing and deployment; and help the internal team operate and improve the solution after go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery workshops with Finance, Procurement, Retail Operations, and other stakeholders to document business requirements, process flows, controls, and reporting needs.
- Design Oracle Fusion processes and configurations across relevant modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, PPM, CM and Procurement.
- Define functional requirements for interfaces between Oracle Retail, Oracle Fusion, and other source systems, including transaction mapping, accounting rules, validation, exception handling, and reconciliation.
- Ensure that source-system transactions are accurately reflected in Oracle Fusion and meet finance, audit, and period-end requirements.
- Prepare and review functional design documents, data mappings, test scenarios, operating procedures, and support documentation.
- Work with integration and technical teams on solutions using supported Oracle Fusion interfaces, such as APIs, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud, file-based processes, and reporting extracts. Understand the role of Goldengate and data replication within the wider integration landscape where applicable.
- Lead functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and business sign-off.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, production deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Investigate production issues by tracing transactions across source systems, interfaces, and Oracle Fusion; coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve root causes.
- Define and improve reconciliation controls, monitoring requirements, error-handling processes, and support procedures.
- Manage functional priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to business users and the internal application support team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, or production support, with substantial experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance, particularly GL, AP, and AR; experience with FA and Procurement is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of accounting transactions, subledger-to-GL flows, supplier invoices, payments, receivables, period-end activities, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience defining functional requirements and data mappings for integrations between ERP and upstream or downstream systems.
- Ability to analyze transaction failures, identify business or data issues, and work with technical specialists to resolve interface defects.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, test cases, process documentation, and user guidance.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners in a complex enterprise environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain system behavior and business impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Knowledge
The role does not require the consultant to develop or administer every integration component. However, candidates should have practical working knowledge of:
- Oracle Fusion integration methods, including REST APIs, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud, and file-based interfaces.
- BI Publisher, OTBI, or other tools used to extract data and investigate transactions.
- Interface monitoring, error logs, data validation, reconciliation, and batch processing.
- Data replication concepts, including GoldenGate or change data capture, where these are used in the enterprise architecture.
- Basic SQL or data analysis techniques for investigating data and interface issues.
Preferred Experience
- Oracle Retail, merchandising, inventory, store, or other high-volume retail system integration.
- Retail, wholesale, FMCG, or large enterprise operations.
- Finance transformation or Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
- Cutover, migration, hypercare, and ongoing application support.
- Experience building internal support capability and improving controls across connected systems.
