Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Document Controller to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining document registers
- Access Permit applications
- Accommodation and transport bookings
- Distribute documents in EDMS to relevant parties
- Assist in production of periodic reports
- Document quality checks
- General administration tasks that may include data entry and preparation of correspondence.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum 15 years experience in administration or document control.
- Experience with EDMS preferably Autodesk Cloud (ACC).
- Good organization and time management skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Prior experience with Autodesk Cloud (ACC) EDMS - preferable but not essential.
- Familiarity with ParDOCs preferable but not essential
