Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Technical Program Management to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across Finance, ERP, Compliance, and Business Operations. This leader will own the strategy, governance, execution, and successful delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives spanning SAP modernization, finance transformation, process standardization, organizational change management, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of executive presence, program leadership, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation expertise, with deep experience working across Finance, Accounting, SAP ecosystems, consulting organizations, and global business functions.

This role will partner closely with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external consulting partners to drive strategic programs with measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Enterprise Program Leadership

• Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Finance, ERP, Compliance, and Corporate Functions.
• Establish program governance, operating mechanisms, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting structures.
• Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through deployment and business adoption.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Technology organizations to define and execute transformation roadmaps.
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across global regions.

Compliance & Controls

• Partner with Internal Audit, Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to strengthen controls and governance processes.
• Lead initiatives involving:
• SOX Compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), Financial Systems Governance, Risk and Audit Readiness
• Ensure regulatory and operational requirements are embedded into transformation programs.

• Influence leaders across multiple business functions to accelerate transformation outcomes.

Executive Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with consulting partners, systems integrators, and external vendors.

Basic  Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of program management, PMO, transformation, or enterprise delivery experience.
• Experience in leading large scale greenfield migration program ECC to S4HANA
• Experience in leading multi-functional, multi-geo teams including teams from consulting companies

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change.

• Data-driven decision maker with strong program governance discipline.

Type of work model

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
