We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director – Supply Chain & Procurement to lead and transform procurement and supply chain operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring 20–29 years of extensive experience, with significant exposure to banking, financial services, procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain leadership.
This is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for developing procurement strategies, optimizing supply chain operations, managing critical vendor relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and building resilient sourcing frameworks aligned with business objectives. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s procurement and supply chain strategy, aligned with business and financial objectives.
- Lead strategic sourcing, procurement planning, contract negotiations, purchasing, and supplier management across critical categories.
- Establish robust procurement frameworks, policies, governance mechanisms, and compliance standards.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure continuity, efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and operational efficiency across procurement and supply chain functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and suppliers, ensuring performance, service quality, commercial competitiveness, and compliance.
- Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers and drive favorable commercial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Develop supplier evaluation, onboarding, performance management, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Business teams to align procurement decisions with organizational priorities.
- Establish effective controls for procurement spend, contracts, supplier risk, and operational continuity.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions, vendor dependencies, cost pressures, and operational risks.
- Leverage technology, analytics, and automation to improve procurement visibility, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Present procurement strategies, performance metrics, savings initiatives, and risk assessments to senior leadership.

- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and strategic thinking.
