We are looking for a proactive Regional Offline Marketing Executive to drive localized marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across regional markets. The role will involve planning and executing on-ground campaigns, exhibitions, dealer activities, product launches, roadshows, and other field marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, highly organized, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and capable of converting broader marketing objectives into effective local-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized offline and field marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Research regional market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and local growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, product launches, roadshows, farmer meetings, demonstrations, and other activations.
- Generate qualified leads through field marketing, events, rural activations, demonstrations, and dealer-led campaigns.
- Work closely with dealers, distributors, and regional sales teams to execute local marketing initiatives.
- Manage dealer showroom branding, signage, POS materials, promotional merchandise, and other offline assets.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, event organizers, media partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Support local PR, media partnerships, sponsorships, community outreach, and co-branded initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all offline touchpoints.
- Develop regional campaign materials, marketing toolkits, activation plans, and execution guidelines.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved timelines and costs.
- Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, event outcomes, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Digital Marketing, and other teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
What's Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, regional marketing, events, trade marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing exhibitions, dealer meets, roadshows, product launches, or on-ground activations.
- Strong understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and local marketing execution.
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, sales teams, agencies, and external vendors.
- Strong lead-generation and campaign execution mindset.
- Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with field-based work and regional travel when required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Good understanding of brand consistency and adapting marketing campaigns to local audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
