We are looking for an experienced Associate – IT Strategy & TMO to support technology strategy, transformation, operating model evolution, and portfolio governance initiatives. This is a strategy and consulting-oriented role, focused on solving complex business and technology problems rather than simply coordinating projects or tracking status.
The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting discipline, structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Transformation
- Drive transformation initiatives with a focus on business outcomes, value realization, and strategic objectives, beyond traditional milestone tracking.
- Conduct current-state assessments to identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Consolidate inputs across multiple workstreams and convert them into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop transformation frameworks, playbooks, methodologies, and best-practice approaches.
IT Operating Model
- Support the evolution of the IT operating model in line with changing business and technology priorities.
- Assess organizational structures, governance models, processes, roles, and decision-making mechanisms.
- Benchmark IT operating practices against industry standards and leading organizations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, governance, and scalability.
- Create reusable operating-model frameworks and playbooks to support organizational growth and transformation.
Executive Reporting & Strategic Communication
- Develop executive-level presentations and strategic narratives that enable effective decision-making.
- Translate complex technology and business information into concise, structured, decision-ready content.
- Prepare materials for steering committees, leadership reviews, executive forums, and board-level discussions.
- Anticipate leadership questions and develop relevant analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain presentation templates, storytelling frameworks, and executive communication standards.
IT Intake & Portfolio Management
- Manage and improve IT intake processes using a strategic value and business-impact lens.
- Evaluate initiatives based on strategic alignment, investment requirements, capacity, dependencies, and expected value.
- Develop governance materials outlining investment choices, trade-offs, priorities, and recommendations.
- Maintain portfolio views covering initiatives, investments, capacity, dependencies, and strategic alignment.
- Document portfolio decisions and the rationale behind them to strengthen organizational knowledge.
- Continuously improve governance and intake processes based on outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned.
What's Makes You a Great Fit
- 7–9 years of overall experience, including approximately 3–5 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
- Proven experience in IT strategy, technology strategy, digital transformation, IT operating models, or technology consulting.
- Experience with leading consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, EY, PwC, or comparable organizations is preferred.
- Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, or complex global organizations is an advantage.
- Strong consulting toolkit with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling executive presentations.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, demand management, portfolio planning, investment management, and vendor management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- An AI-first mindset, with practical experience using AI tools to improve research, analysis, productivity, problem-solving, and business outcomes.
- MBA or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver strategy and transformation initiatives rather than simply supporting execution.
- Comfortable challenging existing practices and identifying better ways of working.
- Able to move seamlessly between deep analytical work and executive-level storytelling.
- Proactive, curious, commercially aware, and outcome-oriented, with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
