To support our Digital Merchandising team we are searching for a Senior Digital Merchandiser Fine Jewelry (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the digital visual presentation for Fine Jewelry and core fashion categories, upholding world-class luxury standards.

• Manage high-value Fine Jewelry stock end-to-end, ensuring rare and precious pieces are seamlessly tracked, processed, and showcased.

• Track designer and category performance to deliver compelling commercial insights during cross-departmental meetings.

• Collaborate with Buying, Creative, and Commercial teams to launch campaigns and align key investments with major industry trends.

• Coordinate shoot themes and campaign activations to guarantee premium visual asset coverage across all marketing channels.

• Partner with CRM and Email Marketing to craft bespoke weekly email communications that resonate with a high-net-worth clientele.

• Audit the site continuously alongside Customer Experience and Shop Management to deliver an effortless, high-end customer journey.

WHO YOU ARE

• Academic degree in business, fashion, luxury management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of professional experience gained in a digital merchandising environment, ideally within the luxury sector.

• Exceptional Fashion and Fine Jewelry market knowledge, combining a deep understanding of category trends with up-to-date market developments and familiarity with the luxury designers represented on our platform.

• Proactive with strong organizational skills, adept at adhering to strict deadlines, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Profound analytical skills with high confidence in evaluating figures, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Highly experienced with MS-Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable adapting to e-commerce backend systems.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
