About the Role
Veeam is looking for a Senior Digital Experience Research Analyst to shape how millions of technology decision-makers experience us online. Sitting at the intersection of research, analytics, and digital strategy, you will own the full research lifecycle, from early discovery and user interviews through experimentation, measurement, and optimization, building the evidence base behind decisions across our global web presence. This is a role about bringing data to life: turning behavioral signals, test results, and user voices into narratives that move executives to act. You will work with significant autonomy, influence strategy at the executive level, and partner across marketing, corporate technology, and creative services to make sure every digital experience is built on insight rather than assumption.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the user research strategy and roadmap, scaling research frameworks, standards, and best practices across teams
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including user testing, interviews, surveys, competitive benchmarking, and expert reviews
- Analyze behavioral data and user feedback to uncover insights, friction points, and opportunities that shape product and design decisions
- Define and evolve the web measurement strategy, monitoring user behavior and performance and reporting through dashboards and executive presentations
- Own the experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, partnering with design, product, and development teams to validate hypotheses and improve conversion and engagement
- Craft data stories that pair quantitative evidence with user voices, setting the bar for how insight is visualized and presented
- Build and maintain scalable research documentation and insight repositories so findings stay accessible and reusable across teams

What You’ll Bring
- Four or more years of experience, or equivalent skill, in user research, digital experience, conversion optimization, or a related field
- Proven experience defining and leading research strategy and programs
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, and with Adobe Target for personalization and testing
- Demonstrated data storytelling ability, with examples of readouts that changed a decision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and familiarity with accessibility standards
- Highly analytical and strategic, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across a matrixed organization
Bonus Skills
- Experience with large-scale websites or digital platforms, particularly business-to-business
- Experience with qualitative research and behavior tools such as UserTesting, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar
- Experience applying AI tools across the research lifecycle, such as synthesizing interview transcripts, clustering open-ended feedback, spotting patterns in behavioral data, or accelerating analysis and reporting
- Experience building a research practice or insight repository from the ground up
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple competing priorities

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
