The Team You'll Join

Our Digital Customer team partners with iconic brands across Future's media portfolio to design, optimise, and scale paid digital subscriptions and membership propositions. We help turn anonymous readers into engaged, loyal members through data-informed digital experiences. Based in our London or Bath offices with hybrid and remote flexibility, this 6-month contract offers significant potential for extension or permanent conversion. You'll join an agile, collaborative group dedicated to unlocking daily utility and long-term audience engagement.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer, you'll manage membership propositions across a portfolio of key priority brands. You'll bridge the gap between brand goals, reader needs, and technical delivery to ensure our offerings provide lasting value. In this role, you'll evaluate user insights to build commercial business cases and guide cross-functional project roadmaps.

On a daily basis, you'll evaluate customer engagement metrics using tools like GA4, Looker, Tableau, and Jira. You'll translate analytics into clear strategic roadmaps, coordinate product rollouts with cross-functional teams, and ensure digital transformation projects deliver on schedule.

• Design, optimise, and scale digital membership propositions across a portfolio of key media brands.
• Analyse customer data to uncover engagement trends and identify features that encourage daily reader habits.
• Build clear commercial business cases that align customer needs with brand strategy and revenue goals.
• Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable project roadmaps for technical and product teams.
• Coordinate transformation projects alongside internal editorial, marketing, and product stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance and project deliverables to ensure membership initiatives launch on schedule.

What you’ll bring

• Proven background managing digital membership, subscription, or customer experience propositions in a commercial setting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating user data through platforms like GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
• Practical experience creating strategic roadmaps and managing project execution using tools like Jira or Asana.
• Experience translating customer insights into clear business cases and commercial plans.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of building positive relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively on a hybrid or remote basis with visits to our London or Bath offices.

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing digital product, membership, or customer retention initiatives.
• Experience using web analytics and project management software to monitor project deliverables.
• Proven ability to translate user data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional brand teams from our London or Bath offices or remotely.

The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £45,000

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from our Bath or London Office. We are also open to having a remote worker.
