Job Description:

Support the implementation and monitoring of the Permitting Governance Framework, ensuring permitting processes, procedures, compliance requirements, records, and performance reporting are effectively managed and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate permitting governance activities, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain permits, licenses, approvals, and governance records.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and action items.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and government entities.
• Support audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain governance documentation, registers, and SharePoint repositories.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in permitting, governance, regulatory compliance, PMO, project controls, or related fields.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and regulatory processes.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, reporting, and document management.
