Your Opportunity as the Senior Coordinator, Creative Execution, Hostess

As Senior Coordinator, Creative Execution, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of creative that drives meaningful consumer engagement for the Hostess Snacks brand.  You’ll help bring campaigns to life by coordinating creative execution across campaign assets, social content and digital shelf execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every touchpoint—from owned digital platforms to social media and eCommerce—is seamless, impactful, and aligned with our brand strategy. Your work will help deepen consumer connections and contribute to business growth.

Location: Orrville, OH Corporate Office

Work Arrangements: Hybrid, Onsite approximately 9 days per month, during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires  

In this role you will:

• Web & Digital Shelf Support
• Assist with content creation, uploads, audits, and system maintenance (CART, Riversand, PIMX)
• Share customer scorecards and insights to guide content optimization
• Prepare briefs and manage approvals for PDPs, Brand Stores, and enhanced content
• Social Media Support
• Support social content deployment and scheduling
• Conduct social listening to surface consumer insights and trends
• Ratings & Reviews Campaigns
• Plan and execute Bazaarvoice sampling campaigns
• Coordinate logistics, timing, product orders, and brand approvals
• Support contract negotiations and annual agreements
• Campaign Operations and Systems
• Support creative development projects including trafficking, legal approvals, and asset storage
• Manage the Marketing Request inbox
• Support couponing process and barcode requests
• Handle product orders for influencer programs, filming, and special initiatives
• Provide backup support for contract submissions 
• Provide flexible support across teams and systems as needed

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience supporting marketing communications execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities to drive complex initiatives forward
• Thrives in collaborative environments and has an eye for process improvement
• Highly collaborative mindset; team player

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

• Consumer Packaged Goods industry, B2C, or Agency experience
• Love of food, snacking and pets a bonus
