We’re excited to welcome a Senior Content Specialist who will help us strengthen the quality and delivery of our Deals and Private Markets Data. We work closely across teams, and this role is crucial in connecting business requirements with technical execution, so we can deliver accurate, trusted, and well‑governed content to our customers.

As part of our team, you help us bring clarity to complex requirements, collaborate with partners across the business, and ensure we deliver meaningful improvements that reflect both market needs and customer expectations. We lean on your expertise to support product development, enhance our content workflows, and guide data projects with varying degree of complexity. Together, we create content experiences that make a real difference!

What You’ll Do
In this role, we work together to document business needs, build detailed functional specifications, and guide content initiatives from planning through implementation. You help us keep projects moving, confirm that improvements land on time, and evaluate whether resources or funding are needed to deliver successfully.

We also count on you to support helpdesk critical issues that require deeper content knowledge. You partner with Content Operations to clarify policies, refine collection methodologies, and support teams through training on new processes, tools, and updates.

As market and regulatory environments evolve, you help us stay ahead by identifying potential impacts on our content. You collaborate with operations teams to explore process enhancements, streamline collection workflows, and maintain content quality that meets or exceeds our internal benchmarks. Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Leads low to medium complexity projects
- Understands, documents and communicates End to End data flows for relevant content from source to product in a timely and accurate manner
- Works on issues of a diverse scope where analysis of the situation requires skills and understanding of financial content, Financial Markets and Industry as well as deep knowledge of customers
- Determines work priorities based on direction from Managers
- Drives innovation through leading and championing innovation and business process improvement projects
- Builds confidence in the LSEG content proposition strengthening and enhancing the brand with customer and industry engagements
- Mentors and shares technical expertise with more junior members of the team to build capability, identifying skill gaps in the team and delivering training to upskill team members in new and existing topic areas
- Contributes to cross functional initiatives or horizontal initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Relevant Industry Certification (e.g. . LSS Green Belt, FISD FIA, PMP etc.)
- Moderate relevant technical or Content specialisation experience.

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 134,800 zł - 215,400 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
